Collectible products may have minor differences in color, packaging, artwork, accessories, or appearance compared with promotional images.

Manufacturer packaging may also contain minor cosmetic imperfections. Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not guarantee mint, professionally graded, or flawless collectible packaging.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel an order affected by an obvious error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Orders and Availability

Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment until the order has been accepted and inventory is available.

Inventory quantities may change due to distributor availability, allocation limits, manufacturer changes, cancellations, or system errors.

We may cancel or adjust an order if inventory becomes unavailable. If we are unable to fulfill a paid item, the affected amount will be refunded.

5. Preorders

Preorder products are subject to estimated release and arrival dates provided by manufacturers or distributors.

These dates are estimates and may change.

Payment is collected at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Preorders are final sale and generally cannot be canceled due to changes in release dates or customer preference.

If a preorder is permanently canceled by the manufacturer or distributor and we cannot fulfill the order, the affected item will be refunded.

6. Chance of Chase Products

Some Funko and collectible products may be offered as Chance of Chase releases.

Chase variants are randomly inserted by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed unless the product is specifically identified and sold as a Chase.

Purchasing multiple units does not guarantee that a Chase variant will be received.

7. Exclusives and Limited Releases

Exclusive, limited-release, specialty, Chase, and similar collectibles may have limited availability and may not be restocked.

Product availability, packaging stickers, and release details may vary by manufacturer, distributor, market, or production run.

We do not guarantee future resale value, rarity, collectibility, or investment performance of any product.

8. Final Sale and Returns

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, minor packaging imperfections, release-date delays, or fluctuations in collectible value.

We will review legitimate order issues involving incorrect items, missing items, significant shipping damage, or defective merchandise.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address.

Delivery dates and carrier estimates are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control may occur.

10. Collector Box Condition

We understand that packaging condition is important to collectors and make reasonable efforts to inspect and securely package collectible merchandise.

However, minor factory, manufacturer, distributor, or transit imperfections may occur.

Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, collectible boxes are not guaranteed to be mint or professionally graded.

11. Collector Hunt Requests

If we offer a product sourcing or Collector Hunt service, submitting a request does not guarantee that an item can be located.

Availability, condition, authenticity verification, sourcing cost, and pricing may vary.

A sourcing request does not create an obligation for the customer to purchase unless a separate agreement or order has been completed.

12. Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Orders may be canceled or delayed if payment authorization fails or fraud-prevention systems identify unusual activity.

Payment information is processed through our authorized payment providers. We do not independently store complete payment card information unless expressly stated by the payment provider.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content owned by The White Collective Co., including original text, branding, graphics, photographs, and design elements, may not be reproduced, copied, or commercially used without permission.

Third-party trademarks, character names, product images, logos, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The White Collective Co. is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Funko, Netflix, anime studios, entertainment companies, licensors, or other brands unless specifically stated.
